3.1 The “DialDistrict” 12-Month Movement Warranty
A timepiece is a lifelong companion. Our “Precision Covenant” ensures that your investment is protected against mechanical failure. Every watch purchased from DialDistrict.store comes with a standard 1-Year Technical Warranty covering the internal movement and manufacturing defects.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- The 7-Day “Box-Seal” Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the watch is in “Unworn” and “Factory-Sealed” condition.
- The “No-Link” Rule: For stainless steel watches, if the links have been adjusted, removed, or the protective plastic films have been peeled, the watch is considered “Used” and is ineligible for return.
- Hygienic Standards: Leather and rubber straps that show signs of buckling or perspiration marks are ineligible for exchange due to sanitary regulations within the Pakistan territory.
3.3 The Refund & Technical Audit Protocol
- Mechanical Failure: If a watch arrives “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) or stops within the first 7 days, we initiate an immediate Priority Replacement or Full Refund after a technical audit by our horological team.
- Change of Mind: For “Change of Mind” returns on eligible items, we offer Store Credit Vouchers (valid for 12 months), allowing you to upgrade to a different model or brand.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover “External Trauma” (e.g., dropped watches, cracked crystals) or “Water Damage” caused by exceeding the rated ATM limits (e.g., using a 3ATM watch for swimming).
