By placing an order, the “Collector” (Customer) acknowledges that DialDistrict is the final authority on technical specifications and movement authenticity.
2.2 Authenticity & Technical Disclaimers
- The “Zero-Counterfeit” Guarantee: Every watch sold on DialDistrict.store is guaranteed 100% authentic. We do not deal in “Replicas” or “First Copies.”
- The Accuracy Variance: The collector acknowledges that Mechanical/Automatic movements have a natural variance (e.g., +/- 15 seconds per day), which is a characteristic of horological engineering and not a technical defect.
- Visual Representation: Due to the reflective nature of sapphire crystal and polished steel, minor color variations may occur between the digital 4K studio photography and the physical timepiece under natural light.
2.3 High-Security Logistics
- Insured Shipping: Given the high value of our inventory, all parcels are “Value-Insured.”
- The Verification Protocol: For orders exceeding a certain PKR threshold, DialDistrict requires a one-time verbal or digital ID verification to prevent fraudulent acquisitions and ensure the safety of our logistics personnel.
